Job Description
- Design and execute user research studies including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and observational research
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns, insights, and actionable recommendations
- Translate research findings into clear, compelling reports and presentations for cross-functional stakeholders
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define research goals, scope, and methodologies
- Maintain a user-centric mindset throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to launch
- Contribute to the development of research plans, participant recruitment strategies, and study materials
- Stay current with emerging research trends, tools, and best practices in user experience research
