Position Overview
Job Description- Coordinate daily operational activities across technology teams to ensure alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
- Maintain and update project documentation, operational dashboards, and process workflows.
- Serve as a point of contact between technical teams, product managers, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project delivery, resource utilization, and operational efficiency.
- Assist in onboarding new team members and managing onboarding checklists and documentation.
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance productivity and scalability.
