Job DescriptionKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather and analyze requirements from clients
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and development teams
- Act as a mediator between clients and developers to ensure clarity and alignment
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Provide regular updates and ensure client satisfaction
- Identify risks and proactively resolve issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Requirements
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager
Strong experience in requirement gathering and client communication
Ability to act as a mediator between clients and technical teams
Experience working with existing clients
Knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies
