Position Overview
- Design, deploy, and maintain telecommunications networks including core, transport, and access layers.
- Monitor network performance, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to ensure optimal uptime and reliability.
- Support the rollout and integration of new technologies such as 5G, VoIP, MPLS, and fiber-optic networks.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and field teams to troubleshoot and resolve network outages and service degradation.
- Perform configuration, testing, and documentation of network devices (routers, switches, transmission equipment).
- Participate in capacity planning, network optimization, and security hardening initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal SLAs.
