Position Overview
Job Description- Provide first-, second-, and third-level technical support for engineering systems, software, and hardware platforms.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues across distributed systems, networks, and embedded environments.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to identify and escalate bugs, performance bottlenecks, and system failures.
- Document and maintain detailed incident reports, troubleshooting procedures, and knowledge base articles.
- Monitor system health using monitoring tools and proactively identify potential issues before they impact operations.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to critical incidents with urgency and precision.
