Position Overview
Provide first-, second-, and third-level technical support for engineering systems, software, and hardware platforms. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues across distributed systems, networks, and embedded environments. Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to identify and escalate bugs, performance bottlenecks, and system failures. Document and maintain detailed incident reports, troubleshooting procedures, and knowledge base articles. Monitor system health using monitoring tools and proactively identify potential issues before they impact operations. Participate in on-call rotations and respond to critical incidents with urgency and precision. Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of engineering tools, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure.
