Job Description- Develop and execute a comprehensive sports sponsorship sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue high-potential sponsorship opportunities across professional leagues, grassroots sports, fitness events, and athlete endorsements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at corporate brands, agencies, and industry stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end negotiation of sponsorship agreements, including rights, deliverables, branding exposure, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and event teams to design customized sponsorship packages that meet client KPIs.
