Position Overview
Job Description- Supervise daily construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, project managers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and maintain project timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and ensure safety and quality compliance.
- Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, daily logs, and progress documentation for management review.
- Verify material quality and quantity upon delivery and ensure proper storage and usage on-site.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols in accordance with OSHA and local construction regulations.
