Key Responsibilities All responsibilities as mentioned for Tax Executive (in addition to below) Transaction structuring advisory Handling tax assessments and appeal filing and representation before tax authorities Scrutiny of assessment orders and advising clients for further actions Liaison with clients and relationship development Sharing periodical updates with clients in the form of presentations and communications Coordination with accounts and audit teams for timely and accurate compilation of information, training teams to ensure accurate e-filings and avoid 143(1)(a) prima facie adjustments Liaison with the tax department for resolution of pending matters, appeal effects, refunds, rectifications, etc. Requirements CA Qualified (Preferred) 5+ years of experience in Direct Tax in a CA Firm Strong exposure to assessments, appeals, scrutiny, litigation & tax advisory Excellent client handling and communication skills Analytical, strategic thinker with leadership ability
