Position Overview
Job Description- Lead and manage all operational functions across departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and KPIs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase scalability.
- Oversee daily operations, including resource allocation, workflow management, and performance tracking.
- Identify process bottlenecks and drive data-informed improvements through Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational frameworks.
- Collaborate with department heads (Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, etc.) to ensure cohesive execution and cross-functional synergy.
