Perform routine and specialized quality control tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using advanced analytical instruments (e.g., HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR).
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all testing activities in compliance with SOPs and GxP standards.
Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
Investigate and document deviations, out-of-specification (OOS) results, and non-conformances; collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Support method validation, verification, and transfer activities in alignment with industry guidelines (e.g., ICH, USP, EP).
Ensure adherence to safety protocols, environmental standards, and regulatory requirements (ISO 17025, GLP, etc.).
