Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate PHVAC-related activities on site. Ensure all work is carried out according to project specifications and quality standards. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams. Monitor project progress and provide technical support when required. Assist with inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Prepare technical reports and maintain project documentation. Requirements Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in PHVAC, HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing, or MEP engineering. Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, plumbing networks, ventilation systems, firefighting systems, and mechanical installations.
