Position Overview
- Conduct regular field visits to physicians, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies to promote pharmaceutical products.
- Provide accurate, up-to-date, and compliant product information to healthcare professionals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the regional management.
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation of all field activities using CRM tools.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to the sales manager.
- Organize and participate in medical detailing sessions, product training, and promotional events.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines, including the Drug and Cosmetics Act, DPCO, and company compliance policies.
