Position Overview
Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. Support employee onboarding by preparing welcome packets, setting up systems, and coordinating orientation sessions. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases. Help organize and manage employee documentation, including contracts, attendance logs, and performance reviews. Coordinate with department heads to gather staffing needs and assist in preparing job descriptions. Participate in HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities, training sessions, and internal communications.
