KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Strategy & Leadership: Designing the annual manpower plan and budget; mentoring a high-performing team of recruiters to meet diversity and quality-of-hire targets. Business Partnership: Acting as a strategic advisor to CXOs and BU Heads on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and proactive talent pipelining. Employer Branding: Owning the brand narrative across LinkedIn and industry forums to attract top-tier passive talent and diversify sourcing channels. Process Innovation: Driving the adoption of AI-led sourcing and screening tools, and implementing bar-raiser programs to ensure long-term hiring quality. Leadership Hiring: Personally managing CXO and P&L leadership mandates while building succession pipelines for business-critical roles.
