Lead the overall financial strategy, planning, and capital allocation
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, audits, and risk management
• Manage investor relations and financial governance
• Drive mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments
• Partner with CEO and board on long-term growth strategy
Requirements
Proven experience in CFO or senior finance leadership roles
• Strong background in large-scale organizations or group companies
• Chartered Accountant / CPA / ACCA preferred
• Extensive UAE/GCC experience is mandatory
• Strong track record in financial transformation and leadership
