Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger entries and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Perform bank reconciliations and support cash flow management.
- Ensure VAT compliance and assist in preparing tax filings.
- Support internal and external audits with required documentation.
- Assist in procurement processes, vendor management, and issuing LPOs.
- Contribute to budgeting, expense monitoring, and cost control initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably within the UAE.
