Position Overview
Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to support business growth across design, marketing, retail, supply chain, and corporate functions. Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and engagement with fashion industry professionals and institutions. Oversee employer branding initiatives, including social media presence, career site content, and participation in fashion industry events and job fairs.
