We are looking for a dedicated Reprographic & Cover Manager to join our friendly, supportive team at Yate Academy, part of the Greenshaw Learning Trust from September 2026.
About the role:
This role will require you to supervise the learning of whole classes during the absence of the class teacher and involve you providing a comprehensive reprographics and resource management service to the Academy.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Cover:
Plan, manage and allocate daily cover for absent staff and ensure the appropriate cover work is provided.
Line manage Cover Supervisors and casual supply teachers 
Support the Cover Supervisors with any training and undertake the annual appraisal process.
