As a **Repossession Specialist** , you will be responsible for locating customers and collateral using various investigative (skip tracing) techniques. All duties and tasks must be completed by adhering to FDCPA and CFPB regulations. Manages a repossession queue to ensure collateral is recovered. Works with agents to approve fees, coordinate repossessions and provide the best possible information.

**Location:** Onsite in West Valley City, UT

**Schedule:** Monday through Friday from 9:00am-6:00pm with a rotating Saturday shift every 6 weeks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Perform and complete skip tracing activities on all assigned accounts to prevent charge off and company loan loss. This includes inbound/outbound calls to discuss delinquency resolution.
