Use the Cognos Analytics business intelligence tool to develop reports and dashboards for the campus community in support of business operations and decision support

Utilize Cognos Packages, Structured Query Language (SQL) and other tools to extract and manipulate data from Oracle transactional database tables and data warehouse

Communicate with faculty and staff to gather, clarify and refine requirements

Track and document information requests using ServiceNow

Develop and support a report catalog and metadata

Other duties as assigned

Standard operating hours for this position are 8: AM – 5: PM Monday through Friday
