Position Overview
The Reporting Analyst is responsible for the
design, development, and maintenance of operational reports and
dashboards. You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to
identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for process
improvement to enhance call center efficiency and customer
experience.
