The Analyst role is responsible for creating reports that can be used to analyse and summarise the information being collected. You will work closely with data analysts, ITILLs and others within the company to ensure that all of our systems are operating optimally. The Analyst will use Microsoft Excel (including PowerPivot) in order to create ad-hoc reports, calculate values or input them into other spreadsheets or databases. You should have good written communication skills, including verbal fluency in English and French; as well as strong analytical skills and attention to detail. You must also be able to handle multiple tasks at once while remaining calm under pressure when required!
