Salary: £47,376 per annum

Hours: 39 per week, Monday to Friday

We’re looking for a Repairs Surveyor to inspect properties, diagnose building issues, manage contractors, and ensure repairs arepleted to the organisation's standards. You’ll handle Damp, Mould & Condensation inspections, specify remedial works, and make sure repairs are delivered on time, on budget, and with excellent customer satisfaction.
