**Job Description**

Summary:

The Repair Technician Sr, Lead, reports directly to the Field Operations Manager and is tasked with the assembly, repair, testing and movement of AV Inc. Small Unmanned Aerial Systems (SUAS) in a manufacturing or maintenance facility following released engineering drawings and assembly instructions using our work order system, in support of the SUAS Field Operations Team. This role serves as a Team Lead.

Duties:

+ Assemble, repair, and test SUAS products following released engineering guidelines and assembly instructions using our work order system
+ Perform operational checks
+ Final assembly of ground control equipment and air vehicles
+ Testing and troubleshooting subassemblies and final assemblies
+ Occasional soldering
+ Prepare and coordinate transportation of equipment in support of AV Flight Operations events
