**Electronics Repair & Rework Technician – Direct Hire Role**

**Location:** Racine - Mount Pleasant, WI

**Pay:** $24–$28/hr DOE (10% shift premium for 2nd & 3rd)

**Shifts:** 2nd and 3rd shift available

**Must Haves:**

• Hands-on PCBA repair & advanced soldering experience

• Ability to troubleshoot board-level test failures

**About the Position**

Seeking experienced Electronics Repair & Rework Technicians to troubleshoot PCBA-level failures, perform precision rework including SMT/BGA, and support test operations in a high-technology manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for technicians who are confident working under IPC standards and using diagnostic tools to ensure product reliability.
