Job Description

Good Receipt Blockages (GRB) responsibilities entail:

• Manage for the good receipt blockage (GRB) Management received by FHS Pool in Hong Kong (HKG) including but not limited to other warehouses.
• Close and fast monitoring on Dummy Serial Number (DummySN) method to unblocked GRB including but not limited to Dummy SN creation, regularization, abnormal situation.
• Analyze blocked units and provide root cause analysis and contribute to the mitigation plan to avoid repetitive issues in future.
• Manage all ACD activities as per FHS Userguide.
• Update the Aircraft Utilization Figures (Flight hours and Flight Cycle) and be accountable for the data accuracy.
• Responsible for the Management Information System (MIS) data accuracy.
• Resolving MIS abnormal situations.
