Key Responsibilities:
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach
• Coordinate onboarding processes and employee documentation
• Maintain and update HRIS records and employee files
• Manage candidate communications and HR report generation
• Assist with drafting employee communications and policy updates
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of HR or recruitment experience
