: • Rental Fleet Maintenance Oversight — Monitor and manage maintenance deadlines for the rental fleet, providing proactive support to field operations to drive maximum vehicle uptime and operational efficiency.
• Daily Deadline Reporting — Compile and distribute daily maintenance deadline reports to field leadership, ensuring timely visibility into fleet service requirements and actionable next steps.
• 24/7 Road Call Monitoring & Proactive Diagnostics — Continuously monitor road call reports and proactive diagnostic alerts to identify units requiring immediate or preventative service. Collaborate cross-functionally with Proactive and Vehicle Diagnostics teams to coordinate timely service interventions and minimize unplanned breakdowns.
