Silversoft is seeking a Renewals Specialist to support the Customer Success team in managing the renewals process accurately and on time. This role is administrative and operational in nature, with a strong emphasis on financial accuracy, data integrity, and adherence to internal processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing renewal calculations and agreements, maintaining commercial records, and ensuring that all renewal and expansion activities are correctly recorded across systems. The role involves limited client interaction and works closely with the Head of Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to support retention and recurring revenue processes.
