In this role, you will assess plan performance, negotiate renewal outcomes, recommend plan design options, and work closely with advisors to deliver a strong client experience. Success in this position requires solid technical expertise, strong analytical capabilities.
Position Responsibilities:
Prepare, manage, and negotiate renewals for all group benefit plans under 50 lives, ensuring accurate pricing and timely delivery.
Analyze claims experience, plan performance, and rate history to develop appropriate renewal outcomes and recommendations.
Recommend plan design modifications and cost‑control strategies that align with client needs and long‑term sustainability.
