Requirements
- Proven success managing Mid-market renewals or account portfolios in a SaaS subscription environment
- Deep understanding of renewal and retention processes, including forecasting, risk mitigation, and negotiation
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across technical and executive audiences
- Ability to independently manage multiple renewal cycles and prioritize strategic engagements effectively
- Knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) and data management standards
- A customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach to creating value and identifying growth opportunities
- Passion for technology, analytics, and open source solutions
- Fluent in English
