Key Responsibilities
• Drive lead generation, sales closure, and revenue growth in solar and ESS markets • Develop marketing campaigns (offline & digital) tailored to different sectors • Manage partnerships, dealer networks, and exhibitions • Prepare compelling proposals, quotations, and marketing collateral • Analyze market trends and competitor activity • Work closely with the engineering and operations teams on customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Renewable Energy, or a related field
• Minimum of 1-4 years’ experience in sales & marketing within the solar/energy industry • Strong negotiation, networking, and team leadership skills • Experience with CRM tools, social media platforms, and content strategy • Must be able to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical clients.
