Overview
As Renata's General Manager, you would be responsible for the management, direction and organization of Renata's operations to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service. Specifically, this includes, but is not limited to, the following duties:
Operational Management:
