Human Resources:
1.Manage full-cycle recruitment for local employees in São Paulo, including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, reference check, and offer follow-up.
2.Handle onboarding, probation, internal transfer, separation procedures, and maintain employee files and HR systems.
3.Support payroll calculation, social security, benefits, and tax filing to ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws.
4.Organize employee training, performance reviews, and team-building activities to promote corporate culture.
5.Respond to daily employee inquiries regarding labor contracts, attendance policies, and welfare benefits.
6.Collaborate with headquarters (China) on HR reporting and data analysis.
