Main Responsibilities / Tasks 主要职责/任务:
1. Responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment, including personal personnel requisition analysis, strategic talk,
screening and sourcing, team-staffing, reference check, till offering and on-boarding to make sure a high-quality candidate experience journey.
负责招聘全流程运作,包括:招聘需求分析,人才画像沟通,人才寻访,面试,背调,薪资沟通及入职, 确保候选人获得专业、愉快的入职体验。
2. Quick response Respond quickly, embrace change, involve and engage in talent acquisition business with team integration, based on the company's strategy and business needs.
基于公司战略规划及实际业务需求,协同团队,及时沟通、调整、升级招聘策略或流程。
3. Ensure recruitment data are is complete, accurate and timely, and conduct continuous optimization.
确保各类招聘数据完整、准确、及时,并持续寻求优化空间。
4. Continuously improve recruitment efficiency by analyzing recruitment data and talent market trends.
