We are looking for a highly organized Transaction Coordinator to manage real estate transactions from contract to closing. In this role, you will ensure smooth coordination between clients, agents, lenders, and title companies while keeping every step of the process on track.



Key Responsibilities;

Manage buyer and seller transactions from contract to closing

Coordinate with lenders, title/escrow officers, and appraisers

Schedule inspections and maintain regular client communication

Ensure complete and compliant transaction documentation

Coordinate closing, moving, and possession schedules
