Job Description
The Technical Product Owner will drive ongoing enhancements to the Care Connect data exchange solution (care gaps tool), partnering with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to expand functionality that is already implemented. This role blends BA and PO responsibilities—owning discovery, requirements, and delivery execution—while translating interoperability needs into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate has strong data mapping expertise and hands-on experience with healthcare data exchange standards, including FHIR and HL7/CCDA, and is comfortable leading mixed teams of technical and non-technical partners to deliver reliable integrations and measurable outcomes.
