Job Description
Build and manage complex project plans in Smartsheet, including dependencies and timelines
Drive execution of global brand initiatives (e.g., brand refinement rollouts across regions and properties)
Coordinate across global stakeholders, including brand, marketing, operations, and hotel teams
Lead global and regional calls, ensuring alignment and clear next steps
Own meeting cadences: agendas, pre-reads, decks, notes, and action tracking
Partner with teams to analyze and present brand performance data (e.g., loyalty, consumer insights)
Support creation of executive presentations and storytelling materials
Manage cross-functional workstreams and vendors tied to brand initiatives
Track budgets, reporting, and overall program health
Jump into ad hoc problem-solving in a lean, high-impact team environment
