Job Description
Support the evolution of Colleague Advantage, this global hotel chain's bespoke, global front‑desk platform used across ~1,500 hotels to enable real‑time guest recognition and personalization at check‑in. The role partners with Product Managers, engineers, and on‑property stakeholders to support a multi‑year re‑platforming and international rollout, while also enabling dependencies with the On‑Property CRM initiative. This Product BA helps establish and run strong Agile norms, cadences, and ceremonies; gathers and documents requirements tied to guest data, loyalty, and personalization; and supports delivery of colleague‑facing tools that bring the hotel's brand experience to life at the property level.
