Job Responsibilities
- At least 3 years of experience driving sales initiatives aligned with market realities and group targets.
- Identify, quantify, and act on sales trends and performance gaps using rigorous market and data analysis.
- Own sales forecasting and reporting end-to-end: targets, dealers, tools, and clear accountability for results.
- Deliver concise, decision‑ready insights to stakeholders; expedite blockers and push corrective actions quickly.
- Work cross‑functionally (Sales, Finance, BI, Marketing).
Qualifications
- First working experience in Management Consulting, Sales Strategy & Operations or in a dynamic, fast‑paced international scale‑up environment.
- SQL knowledge, experience using GSheets and other tools to manipulate and analyze large, complex data sets; CRM experience is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills as well as written and verbal communication skills.
