The Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, protecting and expanding customer relationships, and championing Cayenta’s reputation as a trusted, innovative CIS/ERP partner for public utilities. This role balances new business development with account advocacy, ensuring customer success and contributing to a positive, community-oriented corporate culture.

This remote role location is open to candidates based in Canada or the United States.
Time zone is flexible, with the expectation to align working hours with customer requirements.
Up to 30% travel is required, including availability to travel within Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean. A valid passport/visa is required for travel.
