Job Description
A client in the Bay Area is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to step into a highly visible leadership role during a period of transition. This is a hands‑on, turnaround‑oriented opportunity for an experienced TA leader who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building structure where it does not yet exist.
The TA function has been without formal leadership for several months. As a result, the incoming Head of Talent Acquisition will initially focus on evaluating the current recruiting team (5–6 recruiters), identifying what is working, what is not, and then developing a clear, phased roadmap to stabilize, optimize, and scale talent acquisition operations. This role will oversee recruiting strategy, processes, technology (Workday), and stakeholder alignment while setting the foundation for sustainable, consistent hiring practices.
