The Foreclosure Specialist Team Lead will be responsible for providing support, workflow guidance, and training to staff within the foreclosure department to ensure all foreclosure loan activities are managed accurately and in a timely manner, in full compliance with applicable state foreclosure requirements. Performs all duties in alignment with company policies and procedures, as well as all relevant state and federal laws and regulations governing the company’s operations. The Target Pay range for this position is $28.00 to $33.00.
