Position Overview:
As the Distribution Center Facility Manager at MAF Retail, your primary responsibility is to oversee the maintenance strategy and ensure compliance with country regulations and hygiene standards. You’ll also play a crucial role in maintaining a conducive working environment within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a Planned Preventive Maintenance schedule for facility assets.
Ensure regular maintenance of facility assets to keep them in optimal working condition as per standards.
Implement planned preventive maintenance across facility assets in accordance with regulations.
Conduct monthly testing of Generator, UPS, and Fire & Life safety equipment.
Maintain and ensure the functionality of the building’s safety equipment.
Manage minimum stock levels of spares for major equipment.
