- Estimates include cost breakdowns for demo, plumbing, electrical, flooring, HVAC, permits, and timeline
- Helps clients see potential renovation costs upfront, increasing property sales
Key Responsibilities - Create general renovation cost estimates based on predefined cost sheets
- Include estimated timelines, permits, and work approvals
- Work with floor plans and propose layout changes when needed
