Job Description
The Lifecycle & Conversion Marketing Manager owns the strategy, messaging, and execution of lifecycle programs that convert audience engagement into pipeline and revenue. In a content-led growth model, this role designs and optimizes end-to-end journeys across the funnel—from first touch through conversion, adoption, and expansion—ensuring every interaction drives measurable business impact. This role requires strong writing and conversion-focused messaging skills.
Key Responsibilities
Own and optimize conversion paths across the full lifecycle (Lead → Freemium → Paid → Expansion).
Design and execute multi-step lifecycle journeys, including post-download nurtures, webinar follow-ups, re-engagement, onboarding, and expansion campaigns.
Turn high-value content (webinars, reports, guides) into structured conversion programs aligned to buyer stage.
Own lifecycle messaging and email strategy; write or heavily edit all nurture and conversion communications.<...
