Role : Business Development Representative

Reports to : Director of Operations

Fiesta Health is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Business Development Representative (BDR) to support the growth of our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services . This role is responsible for building and maintaining a strong referral network, generating qualified leads, and serving as a key liaison between referral partners, families, and internal clinical teams.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, relationship-oriented, and passionate about expanding access to quality behavioral health services. This individual will play a critical role in connecting families and community partners to Fiesta Health’s ABA programs.
