Grow inbound hazardous and non-hazardous industrial waste volume for a Memphis, TN Treatment, Storage, and Disposal Facility (TSDF)Prospect and win new business with generators and brokers across manufacturing, chemical, refinery, and industrial marketsQualify waste streams, guide profiling conversations, and align customer needs to treatment options and facility capabilitiesNegotiate pricing, service strategy, and logistics in partnership with Operations, Transportation, and ComplianceManage pipeline activity, forecasting, and reporting in HubSpot CRMBuild relationships with EHS leaders, procurement, plant managers, and engineersRepresent the company at industry events and strengthen regional market presenceShare market intel to support commercial strategy and continuous improvement Qualifications
