Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to help manage financial records and support smooth accounting operations. If you enjoy working with numbers and maintaining accurate financial data, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
-Maintain and organize clientsβ financial records and Chart of Accounts (COA)
-Perform accurate data entry for expenses, revenues, assets, and liabilities
-Handle bank reconciliations and month-end closing tasks
-Prepare financial reports and review bookkeeping records for accuracy
-Manage accounts payable and receivable documentation
-Assist with payroll review and financial clean-up/catch-up tasks
Requirements:
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Experience with QuickBooks, MS Excel, or Google Sheets
